I registerd Microsoft Azure free account.

It would be great if you could tell me in detail.

As per your questions,

regarding the file is in Japanese: Yes, you can use the file in Japanese.

regarding Resource group: You can mention anything (e.g., STT) as per your requirements.

Regarding Region: You can select any region or country with the drop-down list.

Step-by-Step Guide: Creating an Azure Resource Group on Azure Portal (microsoft.com)

Regarding price: Select "Free F0"(under free trail). Please refer to this link (https://azure.microsoft.com/en-gb/pricing/details/cognitive-services/speech-services/)

I am currently searching for an audio file. I think that if I upload this audio file to Text to Speech, I will be able to translate it. However, I have not yet completed the upload process. My work is not done until I confirm that it is done and the audio file is converted to text. I still need your help. Please wait a little longer for the audio files to be found.

As you mentioned that you have already registered with Microsoft Azure free account.

So, please follow the below steps to use Azure speech to text for free:

Go to the Azure portal and create a new Speech resource.

Select the free pricing tier for the Speech resource.

Create a Resource and fill the required fields.

Once the resource is created, you can use the Speech to Text API to convert spoken audio to text.

You can use the Speech to Text API.

The API will return the transcribed text in the response.

Than you for your help. I think all that is left is for me to upload the audio files. See attached file. I am now searching for the audio file. It needs to be uploaded and the text conversion needs to be completed. Until then I need your help. Please give me a few more days.
