Azure Sponsored account expires

I've received an e-mail "Your Azure Sponsored account expires" but I can not find out how I can renew our sponsorship.

I have attempted to submit a question to Microsoft, but have been unable to proceed beyond step 2 and the help center. Is it possible to receive personal assistance from Microsoft in order to resolve this issue?

    I understand that you want to renew your Azure sponsorship account and you received email regarding the same. In a renewal email, select the renewal link.

    If you don't receive these reminder emails and are concerned that your subscription is about to expire, contact us.
