Hi, I passed the Power Platform PL-900 exam yesterday, booked via PearsonVUE, I have not received a 'pass' certification in my Microsoft Learn account. Exam was booked through Enterprise Skills Initiative, where I use my company login ******@bupa.com, but registered for my exam using my personal email address ******@hotmail.com.

Please can you help me obtain my certificate for passing the exam.
