How can we redirect non trailing slash URLs to Trailing Slash URLs in Frontdoor

We are trying to redirect all non-trailing URLs to trailing URLs in Frontdoor ( www.test.com/joe to www.test/com/Joe/ ) using redirect rules. But we can't seem to get any success , can anyone help with this ?

I understand that you would like to know how to redirect all the non-trailing slash URLs to Trailing Slash URLs in Azure Front Door.

May I know which SKU of Azure Front Door you are using? Is it Classic/Standard/Premium?
