Node and Angular Application NPM is taking too much time to build local Applicaiton into the Visual Basic.

I have clone a project into my local and try to run that application. Visual basic is taking too long time to run the application into local. That's taking an hour and more than that to build and run it also. I have setup everything correctly. same project is running into another system. but while running into my system I am facing the issues. I had already check all the configuration and updates for the project as well as the system config. Everything is fine, even though while running the Application taking too long time or not able to run the application.
