AI Studio Web App Deployment not generating responses

Hello,

When I deploy Chat Playground to the web app, the web app is not generating responses. I see a flash screen( screensot1) and the error in developer tools (Screenshot 2). Can someone direct me what may be a problem at hand?

The error is: "Requests to the Creates a completion for the chat message with extensions Operation under Azure OpenAI API version 2023-06-01-preview have exceeded call rate limit of your current OpenAI S0 pricing tier. Please retry after 10 seconds. Please go here: https://aka.ms/oai/quotaincrease if you would like to further increase the default rate limit."

Please note that I was never able to generate a response.

@Nemanja SOVIC While you might have not been able to make requests, the limits are set at a regional level per subscription, which are shared across Azure OpenAI Service resources. So, it is possible that the rate limit has been hit by others using the same subscription.

If you have received a different error later, please do share the same here.
