Good afternoon

The scenario is as follows: I have several files in word, excel, etc.

my version of Sharepoint is SE. I open the file from a library, it opens fine but then I want to save it in another library, I go to the file tab, save as and look for the location of the other library where I want to save it, when I click on the save button that message appears. We have recently migrated from SH2013 to SPSE.

Your situation is really rather strange, I could not reproduce it, I also could not find some information about this issue.

You are essentially trying to save a file from this library to another library, right? Maybe you can quit downloading it and try using the "Copy" function. Hope this helps.

We have followed the instructions provided, but unfortunately the error persists.

Yes, it happens to all users.

4.Whether all SharePoint llbraries have the same problem?

Yes, all libraries. Downloading a file from SHSE and reloading it manually works fine, the problem is when you open the file and try to save it to another library.

Steps:

1- open the file

2- modify the file

3- go save as

4- examine

5- map the new path where I want to save the file

6- save

Then the error appears.

Hi @Johana Guevara ,

It seems this is not a common issue per my test.

This error usually occurs if the server running the SQL has run out of disk space.

The site will be working as per expectation in the read only mode. Any changes that write data to the site will fail with the same error msj .

Please check if there is enough space in the SQL server.

If the problem is not solved, we can work together to narrow down and resolve the situation. Please kindly provide more information below to let us work further.

1.Are other users with permissions facing the same problem? View through another computer or account.

2.You could try to clear browser cache then restart it.

3.Try to use a different browser or your browser's InPrivate mode to see if the same error occurs.

4.Whether all SharePoint llbraries have the same problem?

5.Try to delete your office document cache and compare the results:Delete your Office Document Cache.
