Inability to create loop workspaces.

Hello,

The ability to create loop workspaces has been enabled for my organization. We waited well over an hour for the policy to apply. After that Loop still says the ability to create loop workspaces is not enabled for my organization. We are using Microsoft E5 License so we should have access to it. How do I get this enabled?

    Seems there is an issue with loop workspace and MS is aware about it.
