Onboarded onto GPT-4 but cannot see or deploy GPT-4 models.

I was onboarded onto Azure GPT-4 a few weeks ago but cannot deploy it on any of my resources. I can only access GPT-3.5 models. Also, my resource region is East US (which supports GPT-4). Any help would be appreciated.

    Hi @Khalid Dhieb ,

    As mentioned in the documentation, there are limited availability of GPT-4 models in East US and France Central region, and this could be preventing you from deploying a new GPT-4 model in East US.

    I suggest you to please check your other GPT-4 models and regions which is currently showing available in the above list like Canada East etc. Sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you.
