Being charged for a Disk, but cannot find it

I have an Azure VM, and I recently downgraded its Disk from
Premium SSD Managed Disks - P10 - US East
to a Standard SSD Managed Disk.

Looking at my Invoice, I now see this:
Standard SSD Managed Disks - E10 LRS - US East
Standard SSD Managed Disks - E4 LRS

The first Standard SSD I understand, and is what I want.
The second I do not want or need, and cannot find.
If I go to Disks, I see the first (Managed by my VM), the second I do not see.

I tried following these steps
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/virtual-machines/windows/find-unattached-disks#code-try-0
And was able to run both the Managed and Unmanaged Disks command, but nothing is found.

I am at a loss. Any help is much appreciated.

    Hello ixeldog,

Welcome to the MS Q&A forum.

Azure customers can access billing and subscription management support at no additional charge. I'd contact the billing team to find out based on what exactly usage you were charged.

    Sincerely,

    Olga Os.

    Hi,

You can look at the usage details to see precisely which resources you are being charged for on the invoice. In the portal, navigate to your invoices, to the right of your invoice click the context menu (three dots) and choose Prepare Azure usage file.

There will be a delay while the file is being prepared. Once it is ready you can download it from the notification. After downloading it to your computer you can open it with Excel, Sheets, etc., and do a find for "Managed Disks" until you find the specific line(s) for the E4 LRS charge. On that line, it will have the full details such as resource group, name of the disk, location, date, subscription id, etc. Using this file you can see if it only existed for part of the month or all of the days and often you can tell which VM it was associated with based on the name.

Please click Accept Answer if above was useful. If something is unclear, add a comment below.

    Thanks.

    -TP

Eventually we determined the charge was for my VM Storage Transactions:User's image

I had about 4000, which for a Standard SSD, came out to the exact extra charge.
And Premium SSDs do not have Storage Transactions, which is why this charge only appeared when I downgraded from Premium SSD to Standard SSD.

Still not sure why it shows as an E4 on my bill, but not important.
Thanks again to MS support for their help.
