ADF coping failed

Hi,
We are facing an issue, while coping the data from one db to another db in ADF, below is the error which we are facing, please suggest

Operation on target ForEach_z0u failed: Activity failed because an inner activity failed; Inner activity name: Copy_z0u, Error: Failure happened on 'Sink' side. 'Type=Npgsql.PostgresException,Message=42501: permission denied for view character_sets,Source=Npgsql,'

Error says you do not have permission to load data to Sink target.

It appears the failure occurred while attempting to connect with the source or sink data, such as Azure PostgreSQL. Could you please provide more details about the source and sink you're using in the copy activity? This will help me provide more precise guidance.
