Inbox Driver application method ?

We are a manufacturer of network card device,our software team have developed driver for our device, and already obtained Microsoft's signature, also we have pushed it to Windows Update successfully.

However, our customers generally encounter a problem: When they first installed the Windows system, they found that they couldn't connect to the network. The cause of this problem is that there is no driver for our network card device in the Windows offline image. ​ ​ ​Therefore, we hope that Microsoft can include our network card driver in the next release of a new version of Windows. ​But we haven't found a way to apply for it. Anyone knows how should we apply to become a inbox-driver for future releases of Windows?
