Merge certificate AZ-104 and AZ-400 with two different personal account

Question

I have two personal account for Microsoft Certification with two different Mail IDs. Both the account have Azure certifications.

I need to merge both the personal account into one account. Please help.

Based on our research, I've just found two similar cases that you may to contact the Microsoft Community Support and provide them with some information related to your certification profiles, such as your MCIDs, email addresses, and score reports. They will then transfer your certificates to one account and enable you to download them.
