Replace criteria code is not working across multiple sheets

Question

I have a shared excel sheet where I have dropdown criteria "Yes" and "No" across two columns (P:Q), on 2 different sheets. I am trying to figure out the code so that i can automate it to change from "Yes" to "No" at midnight. I tried recording actions and using find and replace button under "editing" but it said my actions could not be recorded so I can't automate the task. I had used the below code previously on a different document and it worked, but only when there was only yes/no criteria on one sheet rather than two. Any help is greatly appreciated!!!
