sccm third party updates - hp

we presently have mecm 2207 and suddenly the HP third party updates fails to sync with the below messages:

STATMSG: (SRVMSG_SMS_ISVUPDATES_SYNCAGENT_CATALOG_DOWNLOAD_FAILED).

SyncUpdateCatalog: An unexpected error ocurred attempting to download catalog 'HP Client Updates Catalog' from path 'https://hpia.hpcloud.hp.com/downloads/sccmcatalog/HpCatalogForSms.latest.cab' :

SyncUpdateCatalog: WebException status : 'SecureChannelFailure

STATMSG: (SRVMSG_SMS_ISVUPDATES_SYNCAGENT_CATALOG_DOWNLOAD_FAILED).

SyncUpdateCatalog: Download of catalog HP Client Updates Catalog failed, unable to continue processing this catalog.

STATMSG: (SRVMSG_SMS_ISVUPDATES_SYNCAGENT_CATALOG_SYNC_FAILED).

The issue is only with HP, lenovo sync just fine...

i have searched and searched with no results that solve the issue....

any help will be great!!!
