How to fix a buckle on authenticator app

App is in a buckle en where I can't verify it because is sending a code over itself

What is a buckle?

You may be able to restore from an authenticator cloud backup (assuming there was one) but make sure no accounts have been added to the newly install app. Then sign on with recovery account to do the restore.
