Hello,

I am currently facing an issue regarding a 802.1x configuration.

Here is my current setup :

An internal PKI, a Radius server used as NPS, Unify AP network.

I am trying to create a wireless 802.1x network to auto connect all the computers with a certificate to a secure wireless network.

As the computers are not domain joined on the AD, i choose to use EAP-TLS algorithm with certificates on the computer side, authenticating on the radius serveur.

Both computer and RADIUS certificates are generated with the internal PKI, and setup properly.

On the NPS side, I configured smartcard or certificates connections on the Policy and network configuration for the connection constraints.

But i always have an EAP failure when i try to open a connection, and i receive a few network events on the computer side.

(The error messages are translated from french so might not be 100% accurate).

Authentication failure for method type EAP 13 Error : 0x54F (event id 101)

Échec de l’authentification pour le type de méthode EAP 13. Erreur : 0x54F.

802.1X Wireless authentication failed (event id 12013)

L’authentification sans fil 802.1X a échoué.

Wireless security failure (event id 11006)

Échec de la sécurité sans fil.

The WLAN network auto configuration could not connect to a wireless network (event id 8002)

Le service de configuration automatique de réseau WLAN n’a pas réussi à se connecter à un réseau sans fil.

I can provide every details needed, your help would be highly appreciated !

Thanks in advance.

Benoît
