Can't Deploy Service for Exercise - Explore classification with Azure Machine Learning designer

I'm doing the following Exercise - Explore classification with Azure Machine Learning designer.

I've tried deploying the service twice and the system keeps saying the endpoints aren't healthy so I can't test them. What should I do?
