    The 'Microsoft.ACE.OLEDB.12.0' provider is not registered

    As the message says, if you want to use ACE data provider, you have to install it first and this in the same 32/64 bitness as the wizard you are using.

    => Microsoft Access Database Engine 2010 Redistributable
