Owner Assignment for Viva goal not working

The owner assignment for Viva goal is not working. Not able to find the users through the search option at Owner assignment.

It seems that you are having trouble finding users through the search option at Owner assignment for Viva Goals.

There are a few possible reasons and solutions for this problem:

• You may not have the correct permissions to assign owners for Viva goals. You need to be either a Viva Goals Administrator, an Organization Administrator, or an Organization Owner to do so .You can check your role and permissions in the Microsoft 365 admin center or Azure Active Directory. If you are not sure how to do that, you can ask your IT admin for help.
• The users you are trying to assign as owners may not be part of the organization or team. To assign users as owners, they need to be part of the organization or team. You can invite relevant licensed users who will be required to set up this organization and their OKRs. Viva Goals support adding individual members and user groups to the Organization.
• You may have reached the limit of 10 owners per goal. Viva Goals allows you to assign up to 10 owners for each goal, but no more than that. If you need to add more owners, you can either remove some existing ones or create subteams within your organization or team.
