@Brian Liu,Thanks for posting in Q&A.
From your description, I know that you want to know the difference between Windows 10 Pro and Windows 10 Business.
Based on my researching, I found that there is no version called Windows 10 Business, and we usually call it Windows 10 Enterprise.
Windows 10 Enterprise is designed to address the needs of large and midsize organizations by providing IT professionals. And Windows 10 Pro is built for business,it has many extra features to meet the diverse needs of small businesses.Both of them let customers take advantage of the new Windows Update for Business.
There are some differences between Windows 10 Pro and Windows 10 Enterprise
1.Windows 10 Pro are distributed from an original equipment manufacturer (OEM),Retail and Volume licensing while editions such as Enterprise and Education are only available through volume licensing channels
2.Windows 10 Enterprise can use the Windows Update for Business and have access to the Long Term Servicing Branch as a deployment option for their mission critical devices and environments while Windows 10 Pro can only use the Windows Update for Business
3.Windows 10 Enterprise support Windows Defender Credential Guard, Windows Defender Application Guard, Windows Defender Application Control ,Windows Defender Advanced Threat Protection (ATP) while Windows 10 Pro do not support
4.Windows 10 Enterprise support Windows Analytics Device Health while Windows 10 Pro do not support
5.Windows 10 Enterprise support Cloud Activations, Manage user experiences, Microsoft Application Virtualization (App-V), Microsoft User Environment Virtualization (UE-V) while Windows 10 Pro do not support.
