How to get all project server users attributes, security category and groups

Question

i used this article https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/project/export-user-data-in-project-server-2019 but i faced this Error "The HTTP request is unauthorized with client authentication scheme 'Ntlm'. The authentication header received from the server was 'NTLM'."

what i need is to get all user attribute like department, security group, Timesheet Manager and so on. Also to export all security category, Views. i need to do full assessment on the environment.
