Teams log in error

Help!

I had an important job interview on Teams. I had logged out of my old account (from a previous job) and removed the Teams app from my computer. In preparation for the interview I re-downloaded the Teams app for home, but when trying to sign in (even if I clicked 'sign in with another account') it said it couldn't recognise my email as a user from Old Company Name and to log in with a different Azure Active Directory account?

I'm not sure how to do this. Why is it trying to log me into the Old Company teams when I've removed and redownloaded the app?
