Does the syncronization between on premises AD and Azure AD adds a computer to my domain

My on premises AD is syncronized with my azure AD, but on my premises AD i have found a machine with the name AZUREADSOACC on my computers OU, from what i have read the azureadssoac only adds an account on my on premises AD and not a machine

yes. In a synced AD forest a computer account with the name AZUREADSSOACC is created if Seamless SSO is enabled.
