Atlassian Access not able to connect, even with global admin rights, Error Code: 16000

I am trying to connect Azure Active directory through Atlassian Access, but i get the following error:
I am a member of two Active directories. In one I am a global admin, in the other one not. Is there a way to choose to connect to the proper AD, where I have the rights?
