Hello,

Driver package download happens and it fails at below state.

downloaderror

HashFile - exclusive access check for the file failed. Failed to hash file, Win32 error = 4103 OSDDownloadContent 10/13/2023 8:08:21 PM 14784 (0x39C0)

Failed to hash file, Win32 error = 4103 OSDDownloadContent 10/13/2023 8:08:21 PM 14784 (0x39C0)

Hash could not be matched for the downloaded content. Original ContentHash = AE7EE8781C001A222D2D69AA57E2DB8AB7641D540A6F79E07D25C5712CA2862F, Downloaded ContentHash = OSDDownloadContent 10/13/2023 8:08:21 PM 14784 (0x39C0)

Other model driver packages are downloading. I have repaired SCCM client and cleared CCMCACHE. I read in forum that AV might be interfering with the CM client.

Download is completed and it has to move the package to C:\Drivers. But it fails.

Please let me know how to find whether it is blocked by Endpoint Protection?

What is the log file name in endpoint protection to find whether file is getting blocked ?

What is the path of the log file.

    Hi, @Boopathi Subramaniam

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Q&A forum.

The log file that contains information about files blocked by Windows Defender is the Microsoft Defender Antimalware Protection Logs.

You can find this log file in the folder C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows Defender\Support. The log file name is MPLog.txt.
