Help with Submission error 10.1.4.6 App Quality - Misleading Content

Question

Hello, I was rejected by MS store certificate by this error, I following the menioned link, but there are only 10.1.4, where is 10.1.4.6 rules, I can not find it. So, Please someone tell me why I face this error, and how to pass this. I was successful to publish kind of the applications before.
