    Hi @Seth Onyango

According to my understanding, the error message usually means that there is a mismatch between the context ID that you are using and the cookie that is stored on your browser. There are a few possible reasons why this error might occur:

    • You are using an outdated or corrupted browser that does not support cookies or context IDs properly. You can try to update your browser to the latest version or use a different browser that is compatible with clickwork.
    • You have cleared your browser cache or cookies, which might have deleted the cookie that matches your context ID. You can try to log in again with your credentials and get a new context ID and cookie.
    • You have switched devices or browsers, which might have changed your context ID or cookie. You can try to log out from your previous device or browser and log in again with your current one.
    • You have encountered a bug or glitch in the clickwork system that has caused the error. You can try to contact the clickwork support team and report the issue.
