What tools exist for separating an Access database by domain?

I have an Access database with 4700 forms, 3200 reports, and 4100 tables. Most of the forms and reports have customized graphics and many read information aloud using text-to-speech. Is there a tool that will help me separate the database into domains? The database has about 20 domains. The domains include Budgets, Legal Requirements, Competitors, and Customers. I find it to be an extremely time-consuming task to separate and verify the objects manually.
