Unable to link my github global campus benefit on azure

Question

Hello, my college is not registered for microsoft azure students pack so i decided to join with github global campus (student benefits ). On github i have a primary mail A which is not a college mail so i added another email in the same account B which is a college mail id and applied for github global campus and it got approved in 3 days, and then once i am trying to enable the azure benfits from the github students developer pack portal on github global campus after signing using github with my primary mail A it is not recognizing the github global benefit offer in my account.
