Hello,

We are trying to use Azure openAI chatGPT service to extract structured information and insights from medical data. The input data may contain Protected Health Information in some cases. I am checking if there is any process/guidelines to 1. set-up our open AI service and 2. implement integration to make the solution is HIPAA compliant. Thank you in advance.

Thank you for the information. We have been in the healthcare domain and conducting hipaa compliant business for a long time. So we understand and adhere to hipaa already.

I am looking for specific process/steps like 1. setting up Azure OpenAI service and 2. getting a BAA from Microsoft related to our data usage and security that will help us strengthen this process further.
