I was doing a lab for school where I need to install Windows Server 2019 Standard Evaluation (Desktop Experience) and I was using VirtualBox. I right clicked on the Windows Server 2019 Standard Evaluation (Desktop Experience) file to open and then selected Desktop Experience and it installed and then my computer rebooted and it's stuck in Windows Server 2019 Standard Evaluation (Desktop Experience). The screen just has a Recycle bin and load with Service Manager. Im trying to get back to my Windows 10 but donot see the option to revert back to previous version on Windows. I donot have a bootable disc or flash drive what can I do?

You can boot from the install media, delete / recreate partition then continue the install to completion.

Looks like it could be either but likely defaults to uefi.

Try creating the media by following the steps below "Create Windows 10 installation media" then boot from it.

The first is likely the boot sector, the second is likely where 2019 is currently install, third sounds like the OEM recovery partition. It should be the second one but to avoid having a mess it should be formatted as first step. The partition sizes would also help to understand what is what.

First thing is a decision needs to be made. Do you want to try and save anything on the disk? If the answer is No, then it is simple; boot the install media, delete all partitions, create new partition, then follow the prompts to complete the install. If you wanted to just install where windows is currently installed (probably Drive 0 Partition 2) then boot the install media, format only Drive 0 Partition 2, choose this partition for windows install, then follow the prompts to complete the install.
