I lost the emails and passwords to account i subscribed to xbox gamepass with and ive been getting charged for months i want it to stop

basically i've been getting charged on the same card 13.79$ a month because i have a bunch of accounts subscribed to xbox gamepass and it's impossible for me to get the accounts back. please help me to stop getting charged. my phone number is xxxxxxx if you can text me or send me emails at xxxxxxxxx please. my card number is xxxxxxxxxxxxx if that helps
