Authenticator app is not displaying code

i had changed my phone from i phone 13 to 15 .When i tried to login in my Admin account but it ask for code which is not appearing in authentication app. My admin account is not linked to any mobile number. The only way to sign in through Authenticator app. In both app and office.com its asking for code which is not received .

    Looks like your issue is more related to Authenticator app, please kindly understand that Outlook tag here is mainly focus on general issues about Outlook desktop client. Based on my research, i found an official article which mentioned several suggestions, it's suggested that you could refer to it: Troubleshooting verification code issues.
