Looks like your issue is more related to Authenticator app, please kindly understand that Outlook tag here is mainly focus on general issues about Outlook desktop client. Based on my research, i found an official article which mentioned several suggestions, it's suggested that you could refer to it: Troubleshooting verification code issues.
If it doesn't work, in order to better resolve your issue. i will add "Microsoft Authenticator" tag. Thanks for your understanding and support!
