Dear Sirs,

Due to I am creating Leave Management System to allow user/employee to submit leave request to get their manager approved.

 - I have created SharePoint list based on screen captured as follow to trigger to power automate flows when SharePoint list item is created, then to automate sending approval to their manager to approve/reject their leave request.

 My requirement are :

  1. How to formulate if Approval status is "Pending Approval"  the New button must be hidden.

 2. And how to Unhide New Button if Approval Status is "Approved or Rejected" which is to allow user to create another leave.

  • My intention is is to avoid leave calculation missing, if user is trying to submit multiple leaves at the same time then, their manager forget to approve and do approval at once, then, it will impact to calculation leave mistake in power automate.

Note: I have been trying to use JSON conditional formatting in SharePoint Lists, but I am unable to find the solution.

Could you advise me to meet this requirement.

Thank you so much in advance for your support.SharePoint LMS

    Hi @Chairat Tangthong ,

According to my researching, to hide the new button, you can only modify the user's permission on the list. To accomplish this, you need to use more advanced operations in Power Automate.

Since Power Automate is currently not supported in the Q&A forum. Please start a new discussion via the Power Automate Community so that you can get dedicated support on this issue.

    Hope this helps.
