Problem with re-adding mailbox to Microsoft Outlook application

Hello,
I have the following problem.
I am using Windows 10 and the Microsoft Outlook 2019 application.
Recently, I had a problem with lack of disk space, so I deleted mailboxes and .ost files from the Microsoft Outlook app.
After this action, I can't add the mailbox to the Outlook mail client again using IMAP protocol, with POP3 protocol the problem doesn't occur.
I tried adding a mailbox from two places, the Outlook Application, where I always get an error with the note "Contact the technical team" and from the path Control Panel > Mail (Outlook) > Add mailbox, here I get the following error code: 0x80040600.
What could the problem be caused by?
How can it be solved?
I should also add that all settings are correct, I checked on another computer, the mailbox adds without a problem, disk space is also not missing.
