I passed the AZ-204 certification exam on October 13, 2023, and it's now been more than three days, but I haven't received the certificate yet. Can anyone tell me how long it usually takes to issue the certificate?

    Hi Saloni,

Thank you for reaching out in Microsoft Q&A.

Typically, it takes a few hours to a few days for Microsoft to process and issue your certification after you've passed the exam. Since it's been more than three days since your exam, there's no need to worry just yet. Here's what you can do:

    • Check Your Certification Dashboard: Log in to your Microsoft Learning account and go to the "Certification" or "Certification Dashboard" section. This is where you usually find your digital certificate once it's available. Be sure to check there for any updates.

The exact timing can vary, and there could be occasional delays in the certification process. Rest assured, your certificate should arrive soon. I wish you the best of luck with your AZ-204 certification!
