Do you want to use Auth 2.0 to authenticate an MFA-enabled user and use that user token to call the Graph API to create a new user?

Not exactly! That is not my requirement. Let me try to add some more context to my ask.

We have built an IVR solution that would converse with live users and help them with Password Reset on AD/AAD/LDAP and other sources.

In order to validate if it's the right user on the call, we want to add an additional validation layer where we trigger a push notification or a TOTP to the end user and they send a response to either option.

To trigger this notification, we are looking at API's that would help trigger the PUSH/TOTP request and get a response.

Similar option is available in CISCO - DUO >> https://duo.com/docs/adminapi

Looking for the same from Microsoft Authenticator.
