Cannot renew my certification !

Hello ,
I just checky my certification dashboard and by chance I found that my Power BI Data Analyst Associate is expired ! the problem is that I cannot renew it now and it is saying that :
Unfortunately, your opportunity to renew this certification has expired.

I haven't received any e-mail like last year for the renewal , I just entered and found that it is expired ? can you please help ?
