"The attempted operation failed. An object could not be found" when opening created templates

When trying to open newly created Outlook Templates some users receive error message "The attempted operation failed. An object could not be found". Most of my users can open the simple templates we created with no issue, but some get the Object could not be found error and the template goes to the draft folder. If you immediately try to open it from the draft folder, Outlook closes. If you wait a couple minutes before trying to open from the draft folder, the template will open, I have tried online repairs with no help, fully uninstalling and reinstalling office 365 and it fixed one user but not others. The effected users can open the templates with Outlook when signed onto other machines and I can log onto the problem user PC's and the templates open OK for me.

Operation Failed

We are running in a full hybrid Exchange solution. We exclusively use Outlook Desktop. We started out creating five simple templates and saved them to a network drive. The users who have had problems have tried putting a copy of the templates in thier home drive and on thier desktops, They have also tried creating templates themselves and saving them both locally and in Outlook but the same behavior continues when trying to open the templates.

There is not any error message that I have seen other than the Outlook error below.

Users who have the problem have it with any template we create.

Sample Template:

To: *** Email address is removed for privacy ***

#Order Number: SO#

#Pick Ticket Number: PT #

#Request Type (Warehouse): Choose an item.

}

Please include any additional information here for your Freight request.

er.

From reading notes from others I would mention we have Adobe Cloud and Adobe Pro installed on these computers

    Hi @Mike Heidrick

    Welcome to our Q&A forum!

From reading notes from others I would mention we have Adobe Cloud and Adobe Pro installed on these computer

Based on my search results, I found a similar thread, you can focus on the option ("Adobe Send & Track for Microsoft Outlook - Acrobat") in this discussion.

Go to FILE -> Options -> Add-ins --> Manage COM Add-ins --> Go. Then uncheck "Adobe Send & Track for Microsoft Outlook - Acrobat" --> OK.

If this doesn’t help, personally I’d recommend creating a new profile.
    (1) Exit Outlook.
    (2) In Control Panel, click or double-click Mail.
    (3) Choose Show Profiles> Add. In the Profile Name box, type a name for the profile, and then choose OK.
    (4) Add your account to test if the problem is resolved.

Creating new Windows user profile will correct the issue.
