Microsoft Authenticator new device

Question

I bought a new IPhone, I have delete Microsoft Authenticator from old phone and delete all data from old phone

Now I have downloaded Microsoft Authenticator in my new phone, I have used backup to recover my accounts, It is asking a QR code, but when I login to get my QR code it is asking to approve my login using Microsoft Authenticator, I cant approve

Sounds like you'll need the account admins to reset the account so a new QR code can be generated with which you can relink the authentication device to your account.
