I have configured hybrid ad join in ad connect, but the devices still do not join Intune I have checked the errors on the devices and I have obtained the following:
Some errors I have seen in the event viewer:

Could someone tell me what is happening and how I can fix it?

Based on the errors you are seeing there are a few things I would suggest to check first.

Now I have other problems, in my environment I can't join device like hybrid and connectivity issue has been successful, now I can't see devices on Microsoft Entra ID
Were you able to verify the following -
Could you also run "dsregcmd /status" from a CMD prompt on one of the impacted devices and let me know if there are any errors in the output?

@Domooney-MSFT thanks for your help, the issues with network has been successful but, I can't join devices automatically, let you see that screenshots, I found this on my tenant, it's belong a CNAME record:
Also, in my test environment this issue isn't existing, but MDM not showing Microsoft Intune:
