Could you please ensure that the region you selected is correct? Because the error states that the migrate assessment is in "Central US" where as the region selected is East US.
The easiest way to resolve this is select the resource group where you have your storage account, it will auto populate all the other details.

Hope this helps!

2023-10-17T17:51:49.5466667+00:00 Hello! No worries, thank you for your response. The thing is that I do not know how to change the region where the assessment is being configured because the option is greyed out.

2023-10-17T20:08:40.98+00:00 @Fabián Avilés I understand that. Below subscription field, you have the option to select the resource group. Can you try selecting the resource group?
Some resources may fail to be created if you don't have enough permissions. But from the screenshot I would say that either your or someone must have deleted the storage account. Try to create a new one with the same name in the same Resource Group.

2023-10-25T13:26:43.34+00:00 same problem here. the first replication worked, trying to do additional replications results in mentioned error. azure migrate project stored in other subscription then target subscription. first replication created new resoruce group in target subscription, containing the storage account mentioned in error message.
