Microsoft Authenticator Code not working

Tried logging in using a verification code from the Authenticator app, but its saying its incorrect or has expired. Got a new iPhone, already re-installed the app, re-added my work account, cleared cached and updated to automatic date and time settings, even asked the admin to reset my Authenticator account. But still having issues and can't logged in using the code from the app
