Can I use Sales Co-Pilot in Teams if meeting is tracked using Dynamics 365 plug in.

Question

We use a Dynamics 365 plugin in Outlook to track our client meetings. Once 'tracked regarding' it then turns the appointment blue in your Outlook calendar, which in turn gives us useful KPI information about our business development activities.

Is it still possible to do this if you want to record / transcribe Teams meetings with Sales Co-Pilot. I've had mixed success when trying to use Sales Co-Pilot for Team's meetings and wonder if the reason it hasn't worked is because the meetings are tracked using this Dynamics plugin. On at least two occasions i've had tracked meetings, the transcribe option is greyed out.

If you could confirm that would be appreciated.

If you want to record a meeting, both the meeting organizer and the recording initiator need to have recording permissions to record the meeting.

Please contact your administrator to turn on the meeting recording option in the meeting policy for the meeting organizer and recording initiator:
