I have a laptop with Windows 10 Enterprise Edition, which is a Volume MAK channel. I upgraded to Windows 11 through Settings > Updates, and after the upgrade, my Windows became deactivated.

The laptop is the same, and there was no hardware change. How can I activate Windows 11 Enterprise?

The old product key is not working.

Is there another image? The one you posted shows Licensed. So it looks good.

    Hi @Harrison

You can try phone activation. To do this, follow these steps:

    1. Open the Command Prompt as an administrator.
    2. Type "slui 4" (without quotes) and press Enter.
    3. Select your country or region from the list and click Next.
    4. Call the telephone number provided and follow the instructions to activate OS.

For more information about phone activation, please refer to https://www.microsoft.com/en-sg/licensing/existing-customer/activation-centers?rtc=1#primaryR8.

    Hope it helps.

    Kind regards,

    Lei
