Feedback: message about missing locale

When I click a link to a thread in a notification e-mail, I am being redirected to a message that says, "Q&A is currently unavailable for this language." This certainly interrupts the workflow. I am very much aware that my Windows locale (Swedish) is not supported. I am intentionally using the site in US English. Why am I getting this message? Is this a known issue?

This is related to some live testing we are doing for multi-language support which must be done in a live environment.

For now, the work around would be to select English (United States) to see the post in English.

Unfortunately, picking a supported language, such as US English, does not redirect my browser (Edge) to the correct thread. It only displays the start page for Q&A.
