Referencing Binding Library returns Undefined Symbols for architecture arm-64, how do I fix this?

I created a iOS binding library and referenced a Native SDK *.a file, generated dll is referenced as assembly in MAUI project but bulid fails with Undefined Symbols for Arch arm-64.
