Is rdma communication available between windows using Network Direct and linux using rdma-core？

As i have known, rdma programming is supported on Windows by Network Direct SPI, while on Linux, rdma-core is the solution. I have the question if rdma communication through programming between windows using Network Direct and linux using rdma-core is available ?
