Hi Admin,

I was attempting to schedule the exam using the voucher, but at the time of checkout I was prompted to enter my bank card details. I did not have my bank details with me at the time and it bring me back to the home page and there was no exam scheduled under my name.

When I tried to schedule the exam again using the same voucher system informed me that voucher has already been used. However there is no record of exam being scheduled on my dashboard.

I am hoping that you can help me resolve this issue.

It would be great if i can get live chat link.
